How do I create account on Shoppers Photo?

To get started, please create an account on Fujifilm Printlife. Simply visit https://www.shoppersphoto.ca
Enter your first and last name, along with a valid email address. After that, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to finalize your registration.

How do I log-in to my Shoppers Photo account?

To login to your Shoppers photo account, visit https://www.shoppersphoto.ca
Enter your email and password created at sign up and then click sign in button.

Shipping - When will I receive my order? How can I check the status of my order?

Expedited Shipping:

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once the order is shipped, the tracking number gets sent to the customer.

How do I upload photos?

Once you're logged in, choose the product you'd like to create and click the "Customize" button. On the next screen, select a theme or template for your project, then click the "Upload Photos" button to upload or import your photos. You can upload from your computer, tablet, mobile device, or Google Photos. If you've uploaded photos before, simply click the "Past Uploads" button. Supported file formats include .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .webp, .heic, and .heif.

Can I edit my uploaded photos?

Once logged in, select the product you want to create and click the "Customize" button. On the next screen, choose a theme or template for your project, then click the "Upload Photos" button. After you've created your project, you can edit any of the photos within it. Simply click on a photo to enter edit mode, where you can crop, zoom, apply filters, add backgrounds, clip art, and more.

How do I re-print the order?

  • To re-order, follow the steps below:
  • Click on "Login" button to login to your account.
  • Once you are logged in, click on "Account" button.
  • Hover over to the order you wish to reorder and click on "Reorder" button and follow the steps to reorder.

How do I delete my projects?

  • To delete a project, follow the steps below:
  • Click on "Login" button to login to your account.
  • Once you are logged in, click on "Account" button.
  • Click "My Project" button.
  • Hover over to the project you wish to delete and click on "Delete" button.
